Spinitar designed and built a new AV solution within the County of San Diego’s Office of Emergency Services that is small and compact in size, but large in its capabilities. 

The government facility that oversees the operations and response in the event of a county disaster needed an AV solution that was reliable and easy to use.

As an entity responsible for coordinating and deploying emergency services promptly, the OES relies on modern technology solutions to ensure immediate protection of life and property should a disaster occur.  

Working from an older AV system that was complicated to use and malfunctioned frequently,  the OES knew it was time for a technology refresh.

The OES turned to Spinitar to upgrade their audio, visual, and communication solutions and support plan for emergency response and daily operations. 

Spinitar successfully designed a custom AV solution that allows anyone from anywhere to securely connect to the OES’ internal AV/IT system from their personal device. Almost every room in the facility was updated, including the main emergency operations center, conference rooms, and breakout rooms. 

Additionally, they established a fluid support plan that grows with the ever-changing technology advancements necessary to obtain a modern work environment.
